Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Fulfilment Executive to join our logistics team in Mumbai. This role is focused on supporting day-to-day shipment operations, including packing, sorting, and coordinating with carriers and customs teams to ensure smooth and timely dispatch of goods.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the logistics team in packing shipments accurately and securely.

  • Sort diamonds, gemstones, and other product types based on destination and shipment requirements.

  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.

  • Coordinate the handover of shipments to carriers for customs processing.

  • Support the customs team in handling shipments and re-packing items after clearance.

  • Ensure all shipments are handled with care, accuracy, and compliance with internal processes.

  • Maintain organized workspaces and ensure proper segregation of goods.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient shipment processing.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or similar roles.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes carefully.

  • Comfortable with manual handling and operational tasks.

  • Basic computer proficiency.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Basic English proficiency (reading and writing).

  • Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

  • Flexible and willing to work extended hours when required.
