Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Fulfilment Executive to join our logistics team in Mumbai. This role is focused on supporting day-to-day shipment operations, including packing, sorting, and coordinating with carriers and customs teams to ensure smooth and timely dispatch of goods.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the logistics team in packing shipments accurately and securely.
Sort diamonds, gemstones, and other product types based on destination and shipment requirements.
Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
Coordinate the handover of shipments to carriers for customs processing.
Support the customs team in handling shipments and re-packing items after clearance.
Ensure all shipments are handled with care, accuracy, and compliance with internal processes.
Maintain organized workspaces and ensure proper segregation of goods.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient shipment processing.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or similar roles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes carefully.
Comfortable with manual handling and operational tasks.
Basic computer proficiency.
Good communication skills.
Basic English proficiency (reading and writing).
Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Flexible and willing to work extended hours when required.
